Yes. An owner can attend as an observer, except for the portions that are discussing bylaw contravention issues and any other matters that would interfere with an individual's privacy. See bylaw 21.
If an owner wants to discuss a specific issue, please submit a request in writing, so this issue can be added to the agenda.
This agreement shows that you accept responsibility and liability for any changes that you are making to your suite, common or limited-common property. This agreement then stays on file with the Property Management Company and is provided to the new owners when you wish to sell.
Common property is maintained by the strata corporation, and includes the building framework, hallways, parking areas, storage areas, outdoor grounds, roof, plumbing going from the boilers to the suites.
Limited Common property is for the sole use of a specific unit, such as patios and balconies. The strata corporation does a portion of maintenance on the limited common property.
If you cannot restart your pilot light, contact a local fireplace expert to help you.
Strata council does not mediate parking spot rentals. You can post a request on the bulletin board or the FaceBook page asking if anyone will rent you a spot.
No. Owners and residents should not park in the visitor’s parking area.

First, try to discuss respectfully and calmly with your neighbor. In most cases, the noise was unintentional and can be resolved by a simple discussion.

Submit your name to the council a couple months prior to the AGM so it can be included as an option on the AGM package.
The owners will vote for who is on Strata Council at the AGM.
It is usually held in April. Owners are given one-month notification.
